Dot ASIA Domain Names
The .ASIA sponsored generic TLD is the only one that was introduced only for geographical grounds. Some will likely consider it similar to the Dot EU TLD, but the latter was created to distinguish a specific body, the European Union, and cannot be operated by countries that are not a part of the EU, even in the case that they are positioned in the center of Europe. Contrary to it, the dot ASIA top-level domain was created for use by individuals and entities from Asia, Australia and the Pacific region and its design is to demonstrate that the site is associated with the aforementioned territory. As the dot ASIA charter specifies, the aim of the domain name extension is “To sponsor, establish and operate a regional Internet namespace with global recognition and regional significance, dedicated to the needs of the Pan-Asia and Asia Pacific Internet community.”
If you live in the region or if your corporation conducts business on the Asian market, we can register an .ASIA domain name just a few minutes after you pay on our website. Any person, corporation or other entity can obtain such a domain name as long as they operate in the Asia-Pacific area. Post-registration audits are on occasion executed by the dot ASIA Registry, but no documents are necessary upon registration. This is why the top-level domain does not support Whois Privacy Protection, so the owner’s details will always be publicly visible.
A dot ASIA domain will give you access to the largest Internet community in the world, with hundreds of millions of users and potential buyers. You can secure a dot ASIA domain with solely a few clicks through our Hepsia Control Panel. You will be able to exert full control over your WHOIS information and your domain’s DNS records.
